Wouldn’t it be great to have a faucet that automatically adjusts the temperature for each user? Maybe one that fills the sink with soap and water to the perfect level for you after you add the dishes.

A voice activated command to deliver a pre-measured amount of antibacterial soap, which will then automatically deliver an ample amount of warm rinse water after the recommended hand wash time.

The faucet innovation I think will become reality by 2030 is remote or voice activated faucets….so cool!

I’s like to see wifi enabled faucets that will alert a homeowner if there is a water leak & also show water consumption graphs.

I think it will be some type of voice activated shower head.

I don’t see faucets changing much between now and 2030, they already do so much and it’s not like anyone wants a wifi powered faucet. Unless we have some brain scanning technology by then, so when you get close to the faucet it will just know you want hot water at high pressure, but that’s a pretty creepy thought!

I can foresee that all faucets and showers will be able to turn on to your own preference with a thumbprint scanner.

I can’t even imagine the technology in 2030. We already have so many amazing inventions and we are so innovative!! I agree with a lot of the answers…voice activated. I bet it will be a ‘smart’ technology though that will know each voice and their preferences: temp, etc. I can’t even begin to imagine where we will be!!

I would say maybe voice activation, or it can remember the last time you used the faucet, so it would already be turned on when you walk into the room.

I think a voice activated faucet will be achievable by 2030, and, most likely, long before that date.
