With items in the home starting to go or have gone kaput, I am determined to focus on one item at least a month and fix or replace it. Savings will go to fixing because broken faucets, toilets, dishwasher etc. when fixed will make for a much happier home … and me.

Our goal is to put in a luxurious walk-in shower, & rearrange the Jack and Jill Bath we have into a larger bathroom with more storage, 100% more bathroom counter-space since the sinks will be on the same counter, instead of split between the tub/toilet. I’m considering having only one entrance so I have extra space for storage and to allow for a larger shower, while tripling the space available in the room that won’t have access to the bathroom any longer.
