Style Suite: Win A Country Kitchen

We want to help you find the right look for your home, no matter what your style. That’s why we’re introducing Style Suite. Each month, we’ll be providing you with a way to make top design trends work with your favorite Pfister faucets. Fashion, functionality, and affordability are all important considerations for any home renovation, so we’ve combined those concepts to come up with gorgeous looks to meet those needs.

This month is all about Country. Known for its laid-back elegance and chic, clean lines, this style pairs perfectly with our Hanover Single Control Kitchen Faucet in Tuscan Bronze. While the Tuscan Bronze finish looks great with a variety of color palettes, we chose pastels that evoke an outdoorsy feel, including cornflower blue, lemon yellow, and olive green.

Color alone can’t create a country feel, so we incorporated vintage style accessories into our tablescape. Ceramic roosters provide a fresh-off-the-farm look, while our patterned wire basket and simple yet elegant soap dispenser keep our kitchen classic. A great way to brighten up your decor is with fresh cut flowers or fragrant fruit, such as the lemons we used to create an inviting contrast to the muted serving bowl.

Another great way to create a country kitchen is including a mix-and-match accessory collection. We’ve paired vintage glass with more simple mason-style jars to tie the look together. Using your utensils is a great way to double up on decor and storage, especially if your cookware is in show-ready condition. Our wood cutting board, old fashioned spoon and rolling pin in a variety of tones completes the look.

This faucet would go very well with the existing color palette in our kitchen. We have a very country cottage feel (people say beach house), with ocean colors and our kitchen sink windows look out over our wooded backyard. Having this suite in our home would be perfect! My favorite country element is simplicity – a simple Ball jar of flowers or a clear glass footed cake plate with treats inside. The simplicity of this faucet is exactly what I’m looking for!

If we talk about country style, I have to mention when I was young. We had a country faucet outside and we used to pump water for daily use. As kids are, we drank straight from the faucet. I put my hand as if in a bowl under the water to catch whatever I could. It was delicious. We also had a few chickens around the house. We ate at a table that my brother in his teenage years made.
In the backside of the house we had a canal that was always full.
And then we moved to another ranch in the outskirts or town. The people before us left so many things behind: pictures of them in the 1940s, little things here and there, and there was a sprinkler like an old fashion tractor that roller with the pressure of the water.
Those memories for me are ‘country’.

I love Country. It is a bit of nastagia and family togetherness. That faucet is such a beautiful touch and ties it all together nicely.

Yes, I love the apron sink, copper range hood, old glass jars, the gorgeous pfister faucet and the crisp linen napkins, but what I love the most is the feeling of ‘home’ I get when I enter a country kitchen. It reminds me of my childhood and my grandmother’s kitchen at the farm.

I love absolutely everything about a country kitchen. When I see one it brings back memories of my grandmother’s country house. I sure do miss her. Country kitchens are extremely inviting. I love beautiful, dramatic stove hoods with a great back splash, copper pots hanging on a pot rack, deep sinks that draw envy from visitors ;) I love exquisite cabinetry. I also love when the refrigerator is covered with cabinetry so that it blends in flawlessly. I love huge pantries filled with great food and china cabinets filled with grandma’s china <3 When I think of country kitchens, I think of family…and there is really nothing more important than that.

I adore the nostalgic charm of country style. It reminds me of my grandfather’s farm house. My favorite elements are an apron sink with a vintage-inspired faucet.

Country decorating is my favorite. In our family area I have Americana/Country. We just love it. Hope to be able to carry the theme to our kitchen. My husband was raised on a farm and he still loves the country even though we are not fortunate enough to live in the country but we can make our home country. love the apron sink and old glass jars with the napkins

Pfister always has the best styles and largest selections! I just love it! My favorite country element with the faucet is the old style charm. My favorite country element in a kitchen is an old Franklin stove set in the corner in addition to a modern stove for cooking. Mixing old country charm with modern conveniences makes for a charming yet practical kitchen that is warm, cozy and super fun to cook and hang-out in!

The country element I like most is the displaying of foods such as the bowl with the fruit and the clear canisters.

That faucet is amazingly country and would be a perfect starting point to ,make my kitchen much more inviting. I don’t have any theme at all, but my kitchen is ok, but it would be sooo much better with all of these accessories in colors I adore.

I lost everything I owned due to the economy layoffs, I have been unemployed so long, I was homeless for awhile. Now I am trying to get back on my feet with a new part time job and this would help me alot. Thank you for listening to my story.
