Settle In for the Unexpected Marlow by Lennar, Chicago IL

Just west of Navy Pier in the heart of Chicago, IL Marlowe is on the verge of opening its doors for the first time. Lennar Multifamily and their design firm Antunovich Associates tell future tenants to “Settle in for the unexpected” in this 15 story, 176 unit apartment building.

Tenants can experience a host of amenities, including a rooftop pool, a living room inspired lobby, fitness studio, and on-site concierge, and all while enjoying the best of what Chicago has to offer, starting in the retail shops on the ground floor.

But, what we’re most excited about is the opportunity for homeowners and tenants to experience the best of what Pfister has to offer. The Marlowe project features some of our newest and most innovative faucet designs.

In the designer inspired kitchen you find Stellen, our ADEX award-winning contemporary faucet in matte black. It pairs perfectly with the herringbone tiled kitchen backsplash and quartz countertops and gives contrast to the gold cabinet hardware and stainless appliances.

The Deckard family of products makes an appearance in the bath fixtures, along with our Kenzo slide bar. This highly styled bath compliments the modern look of the rest of the home, and the hardware creates a balance between hard edges and subtle curves.

The Deckard Collection embodies soft-modern design by incorporating curves into the familiar sleek, hard-edge motif of modern aesthetics. The clean, horizontal lines in this design create a precise aesthetic as the contrasting subtle curves offer balance. The small footprint of this faucet and the thin profile of the spout and handle make this a clean design that is optimum for any modern space. It is available in three modern finishes; Chrome, Brushed Nickle, and Matte Black. You can find the entire collection on the Pfister website HERE.

We’re so proud to have partnered with Lennar Multifamily on this project and can’t wait to see the final product.
