Modern traditional design typically includes a balance of these elements
- Clean lines with intentional detailing. Nothing too ornate or overly designed.
- Classic shapes and curves that are often mimicked in other furniture elements (clawfoot, crown molding, etc.)
- Repetitive design motifs throughout the space to create design harmony and balance
There is a balance in the traditional modern design that offers the best of both worlds with streamlined décor that exudes harmony.
Pfister’s Briarsfield faucet offers modern performance in a traditional design. The primary component behind the design of Briarsfield was the backdrop of the kitchen. Our designer, David Downey, was inspired by family and friends converging in the kitchen. With the joy of cooking, rushing to prepare meals, and entertaining on holidays, the kitchen is the heart of the home and is at the heart of the design story. The Briarsfield Collection embodies heritage and craftsmanship. The heft of the spout body features a crisp taper and promises longevity and durability. Its bold appearance lends a timeless flair to this traditional faucet design.
